What is ReFit Fitness?

We are not just an ordinary gym. ReFit Fitness is a unique concept of a fitness zone in our clinic premises. The zone is primarily focused on workouts under the expert supervision of trainers, but the overall equipment is also adapted for sports rehabilitation. It consists of a functional zone, which is also equipped for boxing and Thai boxing training, as well as a strength zone, a cardio zone and there is also a 35-meter long indoor running track, which is used in training, as well as in the diagnosis of walking and running.

The first workout

After an initial conversation with the client about their ideas and exercise goals, the trainer will diagnose the client's movement status and then draw up a suitable training plan, tailored directly to the client's needs. Each of the trainers is individually dedicated to the client from the very first workout and together they progress towards the client's goals. Training offer

We offer individual conditioning, strength and running workouts under the expert supervision of experienced trainers from our ranks. Individual boxing and Thai boxing workouts are also available, focusing on proper technique, developing fitness and strength skills. If desired, we also provide weightlifting training under the expert guidance of our head coach, which focuses on diagnosis and targeted development of mobility, strength and weightlifting technique.

In addition to individual training, we also offer training for pairs, trios and foursomes. As part of our group workouts, we offer compensatory exercises for sports clubs and group circuit HIIT workouts with a focus on developing fitness, strength and endurance. The cost of the workout includes toiletries and the provision of a drinking regime.
