Eduard Guman is a strength & conditioning coach and physiotherapy student who combines the latest insights from rehabilitation with strength and functional training. Thanks to the blend of a physiotherapy approach and training methods, he addresses not only improvements in fitness and performance, but also the elimination of muscle imbalances, correction of movement patterns, and injury prevention. He works with athletes, recreational trainees, and people affected by sedentary work or musculoskeletal pain.
